Sante Productions had the privilege of documenting the inspiring journey of Adzim Mardiansjah and his team from Semar Proto UGM, a group of passionate student engineers with a shared mission to combat poverty through innovation. Commissioned as part of Shell Eco-marathon’s global storytelling initiative, this documentary follows the team as they represent Indonesia on an international stage, developing energy-efficient vehicles that reflect both technical excellence and deep social purpose.

Set within the high-stakes environment of the Shell Eco-marathon—a globally celebrated engineering competition—our film captures the emotional and intellectual dedication behind sustainable mobility. More than just showcasing the event, we focused on portraying the human drive behind every weld, sketch, and test run. By centering the narrative on the spirit of youth-led change, we helped Shell highlight its broader commitment to education, innovation, and real-world impact across the STEM landscape.
